Documents to be Submitted for Accepted Projects
A. Documents Required to be Submitted for All Project Types

1. Contract File: It will be downloaded from the automation system and the relevant fields will be filled in by the project coordinator. The contract must be submitted to the BAP Coordination Unit signed by the project coordinator and other signature fields, if any. Projects that are not signed within one month at the latest after the approval of the project will be canceled.

2. Ethics Committee Permission Certificate: For the required projects, the original document or a copy approved by the competent authorities must be submitted.

3. Proforma Invoices or Offer letters: The originals of the proforma invoices uploaded to the system during the application phase of the project must be submitted to the BAP Coordination Unit. The documents must be stamped and signed by the company and addressed to the BAP Coordination Unit.

4. Technical Specification File: The printout of the technical specification file approved by the BAP Commission must be submitted with each page signed by the project coordinator and the last page signed with the title, name, surname and date of the project coordinator. In case of necessity in the following processes of the project, it is possible to update the technical specifications within the knowledge of the BAP Coordination Unit, provided that the approved budget item content remains faithful. In this case, it is obligatory to upload the updated technical specification files to the system in Word format (*.doc) from the Purchase Request menu and submit the signed printout to the BAP Unit. It is mandatory to have a technical specification for all goods, materials and services requested to be purchased, except for travel.
 
B. Mandatory Documents to be Submitted According to Project Types

1. Priority Area Research Projects: An official document stating that the applicant has worked as a project manager or researcher in a research project that has previously been approved and provided budget support by national or international institutions and has been successfully closed in accordance with scientific principles (as in the TÜBİTAK 1001 program) in order to produce new information, make scientific interpretations or solve technological problems should be submitted to the BAP Unit.

2. Partnership Agreement for Collaborative Research Projects: The signed original of the cooperation protocol between the researchers and the officials of the collaborating institution must be submitted to the BAP Unit.

3. Researcher Declaration Form for Graduate Thesis Projects: The "Thesis Declaration Form" approved by the institute/faculty where the graduate thesis study is carried out must be submitted to the BAP Unit.

4. Research Infrastructure Projects: The original of the "Unit Eligibility Form" approved by the authorized person of the unit where the project coordinator works must be submitted to the BAP Unit.

5. International Research Cooperation Projects: The "Invitation/Collaboration Letter" and "Unit Eligibility Form" uploaded to the system during the application phase must be submitted to the BAP Unit.

6. Research Projects with Undergraduate Student Participation: The signed original of the "Researcher Declaration Form" and the originals of the current dated student documents of the students involved in the project must be submitted to the BAP Unit.

7. Research Initiation Support Projects: The signed original of the "Researcher Declaration Form" must be submitted to the BAP Unit.

8. Postdoctoral Researcher Projects: The signed original of the "Declaration Form" and "Project Team Declaration and Commitment Form" must be submitted to the unit.

9. Collaboration Support Project: "University Administrative Board Decision" and "Invitation/Collaboration Letter" must be submitted to the BAP Unit.

10. Performance Based Projects with High Budget Limit Applications:

(a) For graduate thesis projects applied with a high budget limit based on TÜBİTAK project application, the document showing the TÜBİTAK Project application evaluation result must be submitted to the BAP Unit.

(b) For projects applied with a high budget limit based on successfully closed projects supported by other institutions, the document indicating that the project has been successfully closed and the documents showing that the researcher is working as an executive or researcher and the project budget must be submitted to the BAP Unit.

(c) For projects applied with a high budget limit based on registered patents, the patent registration certificate and the "Declaration Form" indicating that the researchers who are members of the institution that owns the rights have given consent must be submitted to the BAP Unit.
(d) For applications made with a high budget limit based on publications in journals indexed in ISI indexes, since the accuracy of the relevant publications and whether the conditions are met with these publications are automatically checked through the automation system and academic data system, no additional document is requested for such cases.
