Evaluation Process of Projects
1. Initiation of the "Draft Project Proposal" study in the automation system by the executive,
 
2. Submission of the prepared project draft study to the BAP Coordination Unit by converting it into a "Pre-Application" through the automation system, Note: Researchers who apply are informed by an e-mail message automatically generated by the system. If you do not receive an e-mail notification, please check your application through the system.
 
3. BAP Project Office conducts a technical/formal review of the pre-application. Projects with no deficiencies or problems are qualified as "Application Project" and submitted to the BAP Commission for evaluation; applications with deficiencies or problems are returned to the project coordinators*
 
4. Submission of the project for commissioner evaluation,
 
5. Submitting the application for peer review for the required projects,
 
6. Presentation of the evaluation result to the commission by the commission member,
 
7. If necessary, requesting the executor to revise the project*
 
8. Evaluation in the Commission and deciding whether the project will be supported or not.
 
*If the corrections given by the BAP Project Office or the Commission member are not made within 1 (one) month at the latest, the project application will be rejected.
