Suggestions for Application

Please note that the researchers who can apply for the project are faculty members and researchers who have completed their doctorate, proficiency in art or equivalent education.

Make sure that the academic data management system information of the project team, which is a member of our university, is fully updated.

Provide the contact information of the researchers, administrative staff and students from Turkey or abroad who will take part in the project and their CV files prepared in pdf format.

Fill out the "Project Application Form" suitable for the type of project you will obtain from the BAP Coordination Unit web page completely and convert it to pdf format.

Prepare the "Technical Specification File" containing the technical specifications of the machinery, equipment and all materials you will request within the scope of the project in word format.

Obtain the "Proforma Invoices" that will form the basis of the project budget to be requested and transfer them to the computer in pdf format.

Determine the unit price excluding VAT and VAT rate of each expenditure item to be requested within the scope of the project in accordance with the proforma invoice.

If the project subject requires, obtain the "Ethics Committee Approval Document" and transfer it to the computer in pdf format.

In case of experimental studies to be carried out on animals, take into account that at least one of the researchers must have a "Laboratory Animal Use Certificate" and transfer the relevant certificate to the computer in pdf format.

If certain parts of the study will be carried out in another center, obtain an acceptance letter from the relevant center and transfer it to the computer in pdf format.
